A charming sea-front house offering panoramic views of the spectacular Boka Bay and the medieval walled city of Kotor.

 

The house is newly refurbished and sleeps up to a maximum of  8 (plus 3) in 3 bedrooms plus a bedroom/mezzanine area.

 

Situated 5 metres from the seafront in Muo, a small hamlet within walking distance of the beautiful medieval city of Kotor, with its inviting shops and chic pavement cafes. 

 

 

 

 

Accommodation

 

The house is set over 3 floors.

 

Ground  Floor

 

 

 

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with sea view.

Bathroom:  with shower, toilet, and wash basin.

 

Family Suite consisting of:

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with en-suite (shower, toilet & wash basin) and sea view

&

Bedroom 3: adjoining triple bedroom – 2 single beds with further pull-out single if required and garden view. 

Please note that bedroom 3 is only accessible through bedroom 2 or by its own entrance directly from the garden.

 

 

First Floor

 

Open plan lounge and dining room with leather sofas and large dining table.  There is a television with DVD player and a portable CD player for your entertainment. 

 

Archway through to fully equipped and newly fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and refrigerator.

 

A patio door leads from the lounge to a sun terrace with stunning sea views across the bay to Kotor.

Mezzanine Floor (restricted height)

 

 

 

A cosy area with two double sofa beds and its own sea-facing balcony.  It could easily accommodate a cot.

This space could be used as a further lounge/children’s playing area if the extra sleeping capacity was not required.

 

Garden

 

The house has a pretty, walled garden with a mixture of grass and paving stones.  There is a large pergola with an old grapevine providing shade when needed and an outside shower.  The summer kitchen (2-ring hob, refrigerator and sink) provides a perfect solution for outdoor eating whilst enjoying the wonderful sea views. A barbecue is provided as well as outside tables and chairs.

 

There is a space for parking directly outside the house (2 cars).

 

Car Hire

 

Car Hire can be arranged for you from either Tivat or Dubrovnik airport.

Tivat Airport is approx. 15 minutes from the house and Dubrovnik approx. 1.5 – 2  hours.

 

Airport Taxi Transfers

 

From Dubrovnik Airport approx. 60 Euros each way

From Tivat Airport – approx. 10 Euros each way

 

Further Information

 

The house is managed by a local company who speak perfect English and can be contacted in case of emergencies.  They will arrange for you to collect the keys and to show you around the house.  Cleaning is included once per week, but if you require a more regular service then this can be arranged at a cost.  Towels and linen are included in the price, but you will have to bring your own beach towels. A welcome grocery pack is included…..milk, bread, tea, coffee etc.  An information file is located inside the house with details of local places of interest, as well as more practical information (taxis, hospitals and doctors, shops, restaurants etc) which might be of use to you during your stay.  We endeavor to keep this as up-to-date as possible.

 

A travel cot and high chair are provided.

 

There is a washing machine located in the en-suite bathroom on the ground floor.
