A few words on sponsors and sponsoring

ASCOS events are organised on a non-profit cost-cover basis.

The fees charged to the participants cover only a part of the expenses for an ASCOS event. In order to keep the participation fees at reasonable levels without making compromises in quality, we are reliant on corporate and public sponsors. In the past, both governmental agencies and private companies have sponsored ASCOS, a fact which is gratefully acknowledged by both the organisers and the participants. Without this support, ASCOS would be impossible to realise.
