Dr. Bernd Schmeikal

BILDBorn 15th of May 1946, Dr. Phil., Univ. Vienna, Cand. Habil. Sociologiae, Univ. Vienna, studied Mathematics, Logic and Theoretical Physics, Sociology and Ethnology at the Alma Mater Rudolphina where he graduated in 1969. He was a Scholar in the HEPHY group of Professor W. Thirring, Institute for Theoretical Physics and Assistant Professor at the Institute for Sociology, Chair of Professor R. Reichardt, post graduate researcher at the Institute for Advanced Studies, Vienna, freelancer, lecturer and consultant of various private, public and governmental institutions such as the Ludwig Boltzmann Institutes, the Institute of Ethnology, the Landesakademie für Niederösterreich, the Municipal Council of Vienna and the Office of the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Austria. Bernd Schmeikal received two government awards for the promotion of science and arts.

 

Ingeborg Gstöttenbauer

Born in Linz, Austria on 26th April 1960; attended the HBLA für Wirtschaftliche Frauenberufe and passed her examinations in dietetics. She attended the School for the Radiological-Technical Service at the General Public Hospital of Linz and graduated as a Radiology Technical Assistent by an examination committee of the Johannes Kepler University, Linz. She was employed in the Radiology Service of the same hospital for six years. After giving birth to her two daughters Verena and Julia she attended lecture courses in holistic medicine. Her special interest is allocated in the fields of dietetics, Bachflower Therapy, Homeopathy and Crystal Healing. She is a board member of the ICBHR-International. In the Biofield Laboratory she does research work into Bachflower therapy and the relation between crystal healing arrangements and holistic medical parameters. In January 1996 and January 1998 she gave birth to her son and daughter Elias and Anna.

 

Dr. Andreas Pernt

Born in Vienna, Austria on September 9th, 1961. He studied Medicine at the University of Vienna. During his study he got interested in chaos theory and software engineering. After receiving his doctorate, he studied software engineering at the Technical University of Vienna for two years. Currently he is working as a software developer for the Healthcare Department of Vienna. He is a board member of the ICBHR-International and medical consultant of the Biofield Laboratory where he is involved in software interface development for measurement systems.

 

Gerhard Petrakowits

Born in Vienna, Austria on 14th March 1966. Raised and educated by his family and at the Humanistisches Gymnasium in Vienna. Student of Astronomy and Physics. From 1988 to 1991 he was a scientific worker at the Austrian National Defence Academy. Afterwards he attended high school courses in marketing and export management. He is a board member of the ICBHR-International and research fellow of the Biofield Laboratory. Since 1994 board member of the proposed AUSTRON project on applied neutron research. In the Biofield Laboratory he is elaborating theoretical contributions to the research design section. His main interest is allocated in new concepts of theoretical physics such as superstring theory, quark matter and scalar fields.

 

DI Reinhard Seidel

Born in Vienna, Austria on April 8, 1961. He studied Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Vienna. In 1987 he received his Master's Degree in Communications Engineering from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara USA and continued working for Hewlett Packard in the field of measurement instrumentation. Today he is working as a consultant in the field of Internet and information systems. He is a board member of the ICBHR-International. In the Biofield Laboratory he is involved in measurement instrumentation systems and research design. He is also handling the external communications of the institute.
