Key Qualifications: International commercial arbitrator, specialist in Russian civil law, private international law and international commercial arbitration. Served as a governmental employee in legal departments of ministries and state agencies involved in foreign economic activity in Russia, worked as corporate lawyer for Russian and Austrian foreign trade and investment firms. Presently is engaged as foreign legal consultant, acts as an arbitrator in international commercial arbitrations and serves as a director (member of the Board) of several companies in Austria, Sweden and USA.

Arbitrator of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia (since 1984), Licensed Foreign Legal Consultant in the State of New York since 1996. Acted as an arbitrator in about 90 international cases in Russia, Sweden and Switzerland, participated as a party representative in arbitrations in Great Britain, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland (under the Rules of LCIA, ICAC, SCC and ICC).

Author of a number of legal publications in Russia, France, Germany and the U.S., reporter at many inter- national conferences. Former Co-Chairman of the Legal Committees of the US-USSR Trade and Economic Council and Canada-USSR Business Council, USSR coordinator of International Chamber of Commerce-USSR joint task force.

Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London), Member of the New York City Bar, Member of the American Bar Association, Austrian Arbitration Association and of the Swiss Arbitration Association.
