Secure connection and data transfer
Your default
Internet Explorer will be started and a secure connection will be established
to our registration server. Fill out the order form and paste the
PC-ID and Company-ID into the text fields.
When you click on
your personal and credit card information will be
encrypted and securely sent to our server. You get immediately a
temporary (professional) key which is good for 15 days. The permanent license key will be sent to you per eMail
after a positive reconfirmation by the credit card company.
Please note: You
can also use Money Order instead of credit cards. For orders using Money Order
please read the explanation on our
order page.
The license
is a single license for a specific workstation for an unlimited number
of users on this workstation (using the same Company-ID). For companies purchasing ten or
more pcs., a
discounted company license is available.
Purchase of a d.f.g
software license includes free eMail technical support.
Please have also a look at

sold license.
Upgrade Policy
We provide
free upgrades to the updated versions of the same
product that we may release within one year from the date of your
purchase. For example, if you have purchased your license in March
2004, you may use that license key for all updated versions of the
same product that we may release during the next year, up to March
2005 (both minor and major upgrades are covered by this offer). In
other words, within one year after the purchase you get all upgrades
to the product free of any charges.
After that, if you
would like to upgrade to a newer version, you will be able to do so
after purchasing a discounted upgrade license. (Of course, you are in
no way obligated to upgrade to the new versions: you may continue
using the version that you have purchased for as long as you like, if
it works for you well enough, without paying any additional upgrade
fees!)
