Mr. Helmut Reichenpfader and two fellow partners founded in the year 1990 HEIDECO located in Deutschlandsberg. Since the re-structuring in the year 1995, Ms. Karin Lorenz and Mr. Helmut Reichenpfader lead the company together.

At the beginning of 1995, due to the low wage level and the geographically attractive location, the production location L&P REICO d.o.o. in Muta, Slovenia, was founded. With the founding of this company, a Slovenian outsourcing network which covers capacity peaks and at the same time was supposed to expand the production offering and the flexibility of HEIDECO was also created. The entire logistics as well as quality management of L&P REICO d.o.o. is exclusively managed and controlled by HEIDECO in Austria.
