mplex1

	Commandline MPEG2 muxer utility. usage: mplex1.exe video_in audio_in [mpeg_out] if the last parameter [mpeg_out] is missing, an output-filename video_in+".mpg" will be composed. Attention: this muxer is for mpeg2-Videos only. The params for muxing has the same preset as the bbmpeg DVD-profile. Advantages of this tool: approx. 30% faster than TMPGenc-Tool and scriptable of course. planned extensions (as far as wanted): params for muxing Requests and testers are welcome.

	mplex1_05102003	updated version, new options added: /s sequential processing, i.e. myvideo0.mpv - myvideo99.mpv /d delete inputfiles after processing (be careful, test without this option first!)
