Graphical analysis of Orienteering results

What is SPLITALYZER ?

A free JAVA applet to analyse orienteering results which are published in the internet using the SI-format. As the applet is written in JAVA it runs on most browsers. The analysis can be done off-line after closing the internet connection.

What are SPLITALYZER's features ?

SPLITALYZER reads HTML-file with the split results and (if available) the HTML-file with the start-times. The results are presented in 6 views - five graphic and one textual. The HTML-files can be compressed (ZIP) to reduce loading times.

For each age class, all other classes which competed on the same course, can be shown

Pop-up menus can be opened in some views to display additional information, e.g.

After selection of a runner the button "Crossing Runners"selects all runners that "met" the selected runner in the forest

Disqualified runners will be displayed as far as possible.

SPLITALYZER supports language localisation. German and English localisation files are included, further languages can be added easily without having to recompile the applet. The language is selected automatically depending on the user's settings.

What are the requirements for SPLITALYZER ?

A JAVA capable browser (VM >1.1.4) and a screen resulution of 1024 x 768 or better. A graphics card with 24 bit colour depth is recommended.
