Building costs and productivity changed on all buildings
You start with 40 People, if you colonize a new system
with 4 Farm and 3 Factories
Terraforming is now very fast
Shield-recharge from Major-races are OFF
Autoship-upgarde is OFF
Planet modification [no acrtic-planet or Gas-giants]
No RAM-Command anymore
